Yoga For Midlife is a well curated 8 week programme where you learn how to put self-care first, without feeling guilty. You will be guided through gentle yoga postures that will improve your strength, flexibility & balance. The weekly sequences are intentionally planned with Midlife Women in mind where you can regain the freedom of movement.

Yoga For Midlife runs over 8 consecutive weeks with weekly live yoga sessions in the local studio. You will join a small group of 6 other like minded women who will begin the same journey with you. Creating a small, intimate group is intentional as I wish to ensure each of my clients is seen & heard. 

 

No book or online yoga class can ever replace a yoga teacher who guides, adapts encourages & inspires you. It’s my dream that Yoga For Midlife will motivate you to join our irresistible Yoga For Midlife programme.
