YIN YOGA
TO REGULATE THE NERVOUS SYSTEM
IN 3 HOLISTIC WAYS
READY TO PRIORITISE YOUR INNER PEACE?
Discover the power of Yin Yoga, breath work & meditation to regulate your nervous system. Yin Yoga programme is designed to help busy and stressed individuals move from stress to calm & achieve lasting harmony.
EXPERIENCE YOUR LIFE FROM THE PLACE OF CALM & HARMONY, INSTEAD OF UNCONSCIOUS BUSYNESS
WHAT’S THE UNCONSCIOUS BUSYNESS?
It’s the state when you’ re being constantly occupied or engaged in activities without being fully aware of their intentions. It often involves habitual or automatic behaviours, driven by internal or external compulsion to stay busy. When you’re immediately checking or replying to the group what’s up messages, you’re engaging in the unconscious busyness. This makes you feel stressed, overwhelmed & disconnected from your true values and goals. You experience unconscious busyness when you fill your time with tasks, errands and distractions without pausing to reflect on whether these activities are meaningful & necessary.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO FEEL THAT WAY
Once you realise that you got caught up in the modern, fast paced culture, you can make a decision to change that. When you intentionally put the what’s up group messages on silence, you make a conscious choice to prioritise the things that are important to you.
Learn how intentional stress (placed on deep fascia), stillness & breath work can regulate your nervous system.

YIN YOGA
BREATHWORK
MEDITATION
YIN YOGA - this practice focuses on holding poses for extended periods, which helps to release tension in the deep connective tissues. It promotes relaxation, improves flexibility & circulation, giving you a physical counterbalance to the stress of a busy lifestyle.
BREATH WORK - various controlled breathing exercises can effectively activate your body’s relaxation response. This helps to lower stress levels, reduce anxiety & improve mental clarity.
MEDITATION - this mental practice encourages mindfulness and present moment awareness. It helps to reduce stress by calming the mind, improving concentration & fostering a sense of inner peace.

NOW, IT'S TIME TO DO YIN...
I have intentionally set up Yin Yoga classes in the mornings, so you can start your day feeling calm, grounded and curious about whatever is going to unfold during your day ahead. I will also be sometimes incorporating Yang (active) practice into the Yin (passive) practice. If you always start your day with vigorous, energising movement routine, I invite you to simply explore another way of starting the day.

"I'm crying thinking about how much better I could have felt in life had I known Yin Yoga earlier. Staying still is challenging but being constantly stressed is exhausting, so I am choosing stillness. I have never felt more balanced and content with life since starting the regular Yin Yoga classes. If you really need to destress, go for Yin with Nina".
